Welcome

Welcome to the Ginger Chronicles. Same person, same blog, just a new name. I will be done with school at Dixie State College by the end of the week so my previous Life As A Rebel title does not apply anymore. I won't be a rebel. Plus, the Ginger Chronicles is more fitting anyway.

Anyways, while I'm writing I just wanted to express me happiness to all of you. For some reason I just have a thing for guys named Josh. Especially if they sing. So a few years ago I started listening to this guy:
He just has really great music. SO anyway, I was looking this morning at concerts coming to Salt Lake this summer. So I saw his name and I got so excited because I couldn't see him last time he came because I had dance. But, then I looked and saw he was playing at the Depot. So I shed a few tears and complained about it on Twitter. Little did I know he'd respond:)
So then I looked it up and yep. It's an 18+ show! So I get to go! I can't wait. Now I'm just in a really great mood! AND 10 more days till I move home! :):):)

Two Years

Oh Gosh. It's been two years since one of my greatest adventures. I can't believe it's been two years already. It feels like I was just there! But I already want to go back! Two years ago I had the opportunity to go to Philly with one of my best friends and learn about our country. It was such an awesome experience and I fell in love with Philly! We stayed in some dorms inside of Valley Forge and we got to tour both Philly and Valley Forge. I just cannot even describe how cool it was to be there with kids from all over the country learning about our government. I would go back in a heartbeat.
This is Kaitlyn and me on the bus right after we got off the plane.
Alexander Hamilton, Kaitlyn, me and Thomas Jefferson.
During our free time we always went and took pictures!

We added our own little Mormon touch to this picture:)
This man did not want his picture taken with us!
We met some really awesome people there. Like this guy^^ Ha ha his name is Matthew and he's from California. When he first introduced himself though, he said he was Brian from Washington. It took us forever to figure out that no one from Washington was even there! But he's awesome and he's about to leave on his mission to... Washington (DC) ha ha but still, it's funny.
While we were walking in to see the Liberty Bell, there was these Asian people outside doing some weird Yoga stuff, so Kaitlyn and I were mocking them.
Kylie, Kaitlyn and me at the Liberty Bell.
 Caden and I.
 Home of the Phillies!!!
This is Kade. Me and him have stayed pretty good friends since this! He is awesome!
Airplane ride back. The ride back was a lot more fun than the ride there. The ride there no one knew each other, so no one really talked. But on the way home, if they could have kicked us off the plane, they would have!
Elliott and I. He's from Louisiana.
In front of Independence Hall. I seriously LOVE this place. LOVE IT.
Look Kait! A giant steaming MAN HOLE!
Yes, we ran up the stairs from Rocky and posed by the Rocky statue. We're awesome.

Okay, now who wants to go back with me!?!?!

Good Weekend

So this was basically one of the best weekends ever. On Friday, I spent most of the day in the photo lab and got a lot of my photo work done. It turned out really good and I was really happy.
Later that night Alli and I had a Supernatural marathon and watched this movie called The Skulls. It was good, but we were disappointed because it said it was a scary movie and it wasn't very scary at all.

Then, on Saturday we went horseback riding at Lindsay's friend's house. And yes. I actually got on the horse. Ha ha, it was scary because the horse didn't like me that much.

 These were some sheep.
This was us with a Mule named Lightning
Alli and Lindsay petting the bull.
After we were done, we went and ate at a Mexican restaurant. We came back and Alli and I wanted to watch a really scary movie. So we started watching this movie called Grave Encounters. At the beginning we didn't think it was that scary because they were basically just making fun of Ghost Adventures, but by the end we were screaming our lungs out. It was so scary! We were so freaked out we had to watch 2 episodes of Say Yes to the Dress and a Disney Channel movie before we weren't scared anymore. Ha ha, but while we were watching Say Yes to the Dress I braided all of Alli's hair. She looked beautiful:
Anyway, it was such a fun weekend! Only one more left down here before I move home!

Email from my brother

After two hours of complete panic I finally got my email from my brother that he said he would send. Yeah, I was really excited. Ha ha, but he's definitely turned to a weirdy. He says so himself. He says that he really only has two skills and that he doesn't know how he's going to find a wife with them. Anyway, here's the letter if you want to read it:

Well, well, well…. Hello Maddison! It is me, your older brother that is in Peru! Do you remember me? Haha Well, I asked permission from Presidente Ardila to write you an email every week too and he said yes. Bueno, Sorry I haven’t been sending you very many letters… You have no idea how much work we have to do! BUT i figured that sending you an email every week almost counts as a handwritten letter. How is school? What are you studying? I am nervous to get back to school and get back to the real world. Before the mission I had lots of skills, but now I only have like 2. How am I supposed to look for a future wife if the only things I can do well are speak Spanish and walk fast? I remember when you told me that you were excited for me to get home and be in my returned-missionary-super-awkward stage. I didnt think I would happen, but I am sure I am going to be a whole lot different when I get home. You know what is SUPER wierd for me? That you are about to be 20 years old!! Whaaa?? Haha we should have a race to see who gets married first! Haha Bueno, I have to go, but write me back! Good luck with college and keep up the good work! Love ya! CHAU Elder Sheridan (Your brother)
PS If you forgot what I look like I sent a pic.
PPS Thats not really what I look like, I was just pulling a face, you know me!
I love how he thinks I'm almost 20... ha ha I don't think he remembers that I'm 2 years younger than him. Also, I am not competing in his race to get married first. Ha ha, he can just get married first... I'll let him win;)

Obsessed... I think it's Okay...

So a few months ago our friend Connor showed us an episode of this show called Supernatural. Alli and I were intrigued... but mostly because the men in the show are suuuper attractive:
We'd heard of the show before, but never really watched it, but once we saw their faces, it was basically love at first sight. We started from the beginning on Netflix and started watching every episode. Well tonight we finished Season 5. It was SOOO good! Oh my heck. It seriously is on my list of favorite tv shows right up next to LOST, which is very hard to do.
The show is just so funny, and we seriously can't stop watching it.
We've established that Alli is married to Dean, the one on the right, and I am married to Sam, on the left.
They're kind of perfect.

Anyway. I just had to express my love for this show to you all. If you haven't ever seen it, I would go watch an episode. If you've never heard of it, well then shame on you.
That's all. Kbye.

Jeff Dye

See this man? Yeah, he's pretty good looking, I know. His name is Jeff Dye and he was on the show The Last Comic Standing.
Me and my brothers used to watch this show and I remember him on the show because he was super good looking. Anyway, he was doing a free show at Dixie last night for our D-week. So we went and saw him. He was freeeeaking funny but I felt like no one else was laughing. Alli and I laughed enough for the whole audience though. I don't think we stopped laughing the entire time! I loved it!
So after the show, he was just kinda hanging around so we walked up to him and said, "We think you're really cute, can we get a picture?"

He said yes, ha ha. We talked to him for a little while and he was so nice! It was such a fun night!
